My partner and I recently moved into our first property, which we have done a lot of work to. There weren't any blinds, so we ordered for all the rooms in the house. We kept to a standard cream colour that would match in with any wall colour. The blinds arrived promptly and we were pleased to know our measurements were correct. They are excellent quality and I would recommend this company to anyone! They are on par with blinds my parents have purchased in the past, but a whole lot cheaper!

I have used this company twice in the past few years for 50mm venetian blinds. When I have contacted them regarding some detail in the order, they have been very helpful indeed.

We brought two 60cm long with 25mm slat's blinds for our new installed kitchen at a reasonable price. The blinds have been up for three weeks now and are saging in the middle when pulled up. We are very disappointed with them. Service, Price, and delivery time I cannot fault...5 stars. product.....2 stars

The plastic pull cords at the side keep breaking at the point where they are joined, find them too flimsy and the little white plastic clips are easily lost, not strong enough for the job, also the blind fabric lets through too much light, advise anybody ordering to go for the blackout version.

I was so impressed with the efficiency of the way you fulfilled my order. It was speedy and exactly what I was looking for. I ordered samples first to make my selection and wasn't disappointed. I would definitely recommend and use you again.

Our blind was badly finished off and has a bare white plastic strip (the blind is brown) which is on the side that faces outwards and looks awful from outside the kitchen window, which is at the front of the house. The blind is also slightly shorter in width than the measurements we provided. Customer service maintain that the blind has been made correctly. However, we disagree, we have blinds made by another manufacturer with scalloped edges which are fully covered by the blind material and have no ugly plastic strip visible. The company suggests we buy another blind as we are unhappy with the one purchased! There is no way that we will ever deal with this company again.

PAID FOR 24 HOUR SERVICE on 25th June.

Blinds arrived damaged, broken in shipping and were poorly packed.
Was promised a replacement… 3 weeks later nothing.
Only on threatening a court order did a replacement part arrive… without any instructions.

22nd July… still stuck in hell… no refund, no apology and a useless set of blinds.

try finding any company information, address etc.. nothing.. its a sham operation.

I am very happy with the blackout blind I ordered, unfortunately the fixings supplied weren't entirely up to the task as this was a 2m+ blind and only came with screws 15mm long, and no wall plugs (or possibly instructions, but my wife may have beaten me to them). Thankfully I had some plugs already which keep it up more securely and help trick my 7 week old baby into thinking the sun rises after 7am in summer, by a pull cord.

Really pleased with my sons new curtains. Much cheaper than I expected for made to measure and lovely quality. Would definitely recommend.
