Beautiful curtains
Beautiful curtains (Weylands blockout fabric), very nicely made and somehow they were completely uncreased from the moment they were hung, even though they were in the box for over a week, possibly 2. A big improvement on the pair I bought about 5 years ago (same fabric), where the top edge of the box pleats was uneven and it took 6 months for the creases to drop out. They've made a huge difference to my lounge room and I admire them several times a day. The track was millimetre perfect and is so quiet and smooth when opening and closing the curtains. Very pleased. Delivery took a lot longer than expected, but that's just the world we live in right now, and totally worth the wait.

Hi William, Thank you for your review. We are disappointed that you were unhappy with your experience. When you called before making the order, we offered to help process the order but you said you were ok and were happy to do it yourself. Unfortunately you ordered the incorrect curtain heading by mistake. Although the mistake was not made by our team, we still offered to replace the product at a heavily discounted price. It's a shame that this offer was not satisfactory to you. In terms of delivery, we totally understand your frustration with this. Unfortunately, we are like so many other local businesses and are at the mercy of the courier companies who have had many delays due to COVID etc. We have passed on your feedback to our courier company. However, this feedback would probably have more weight if you also spoke to them directly. We wish you all the best.

The delivery aspect of my order is not your responsibility, however no one was home went it was delivered and the card was left at the front door instead of the letterbox. As a result the card wasn't found until some time later because it had been blown into the garden.
The order had been returned to your company and I sent an email via your website and have had no response.

It has been 2 months and I have yet to…
There was an issue with my order that caused my curtain delivery to be delayed, so I wrote a negative review (rah, rah - it's been two months, where are my curtains!)
Minutes after writing the review, I received an email from curtains on the net letting me know what had happened an apologizing for the muck up. This support has been wonderful, and they have promised that my curtains will be delivered in 3 working days.
It's really nice dealing with honest and authentic people.

I love my curtains I purchased from…
I love my curtains I purchased from curtains on the net .when they arrived they were true to pattern and colour as I saw on the website. The quality of manufacturing including choice of fabric was outstanding . I could not have bought ready made curtains for this price and quality from spotlight or any other chain store.
The customer service support via phone calls when i accidentally paid for my purchase three times was excellent. Vincent who I spoke too had already noted the discrepancies before I rung. I received into my account my overpayments within 24 hrs.
I was impressed there was a welcoming email thanking me for my purchase and which also allowed me to check that my order was correct . It also informed me of production times, delivery instructions and curtain installation details . Very professional . Their communication with the customer from beginning to end was excellent .
I recommend this company very highly for anyone who are wanting window dressing done .. 10 out of 10 fir customer satisfaction

Great sheers & custom made curtains
I ordered ready made sheer curtains & full blockout custom made curtains. They arrived in a timely manner & if it wasn't for one small hiccup, I would have given 5 stars. The curtain rings & hooks didn't all arrive, so after follow up, I needed to wait for those items to arrive. The customer service was great, no complaints there. The curtains are priced well, they look great & we're happy - thank you!
