Fantastic staff very helpful very relaxed but instilled confidence in a first time paddle boarder and was standing in first session. Lovely place well maintained highly recommend 👌👌

My family and their friends had the 2pm slot on the inflatable aqua park. Everyone had great fun which was all helped by the reassurance from the Lifeguard called Jacob that some of the higher jumps were possible.

As others have said, I too found it hard to get anyone to pick up the phone here when planning my son’s 13th birthday. I ended up emailing and found that was the only way they would respond. I did request a callback as I wanted to understand all the options available for our day - but only ever got emailed information. Somehow I got confused and the staff didn’t let me know that there was a price per person and a group booking price. They made it sound like I needed 8 people to do the inflatable obstacle course. I assumed it would be a private hire then and so when it wasn’t I questioned them (by email cos they didn’t pick up the phone again!) but by then it was too late to do anything about it.

I feel cheated but possibly would’ve just put up with paying more than £70 more than I needed to for my son and his friends but the actual course wasn’t loved by the kids that day.

We’ve done activities like this obstacle course on the water many times in different locations but unfortunately, really had a bad time at Curve Water Sports. The water was dirty and smelly and whilst we understood that’s not something the business has control over, haven’t encountered this before.

When I put this all in an email to Curve, concerned I was being taken for a ride with the pricing, I was passed on to an officious manager who didn’t give a hoot about our disappointment.

We won’t be returning and will be warning others against this particular place.

Tried to call to cancel, prior to booking as fell ill, they never picked up the phone (after midday) until the day of my booking. - funny that.
Emailed 📧 no answer also.

We drove past this place for a week and it was dead and the water looked yuk and as I fell ill on the way to our holiday I wanted to cancel.

Id save your money

I purchased some vouchers for my godson and his brother as a present. Throughout my ordering, the team were professional and very helpful.

On the day that we went, we experienced the same professional and helpful attitude.

From Paddleboarding to Kayaking, and the Aqua park, the boys had lots of fun and were safe the whole time. A great experience and whole heartedly recommend it to anyone who enjoys being in/on the water. Will definitely come back.
