Curvy Sense Avis 

Not only do Curvy Sense not offer refunds but they make it nearly impossible to use your credit. I have yet to locate my $36 credit so am unable to use it. Do not buy from this vendor

They scammed me out of $35.00 dollors - thought I was ordering a dress - and they sent this tiny nylon short instead. When they campaign they need to be clear on the product description.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. The sizing is way off and the quality is horrible. They only offer a store credit and you have to pay for the return postage. I wish I would've checked the reviews before I ordered. But at least it's only 50.00 dollars wasted.

Worse company to deal with when it comes to customers they really don’t give a F@&$! I feel sorry for all of use who depend on this company for plus size clothing. They oppress us and give us no choice to even give them feedback. No Way I’m going to start sewing my own clothes and keep my hard earned money in my pockets! Lousy company boycott them!

Sizing is off on product- bought 3 dresses all the same size and only one fit- the other two were definitely not plus size friendly and were at least two sizes too small and too short. Even though the issue was of no fault of my own they only offer store credit and you have to chance ordering something else that doesn’t fit. Not worth the hassle of losing money for return shipping and receiving store credit if item doesn’t fit.

Return policy is store credit only. Buyers remorse as clothes that didn't fit right I cannot get my money back.

My haul just arrived today and I'm thrilled! Two bodysuits, two dresses and a cute hoodie. Everything fits and it all looks amazing. I can't wait to wear the sparkly bodysuit! Use the size charts and you should be good to go!

Nice clothes but if you don't fit it don't expect your money back. Only store credit and you have to pay for shipping items back!

I wouldn’t have ordered anything if I had looked at the return policy first. Completely on the customer to do returns!!! And I carefully used the sizing guide for both a top and a skirt, and both were still too small. Now I’m stuck with store credit and no idea what to do with it since I do not trust their size guides or their (lack of) return policy.

They have had my order pending for over a month I want to cancel it but I'm unable to contact them!!! Do not order from this company terrible!!!!

Be very careful when using the model measurements they list on each item as a reference point or a barometer to enable you to figure out what size you should order.

If you compare photos with the same model in them the measurements are never the same. People's measurements probably dont change with each new item they are modeling.

1st time purchasing bad experience. Romper didn't fit was told no refund if item on sale or credit. Then i was told i pay for shipping and will receive a store credit for what I pay on the shipping to then find out they only pay up to $8. Customer Service reps not on the same page. Poor client experience not worth the headache.

This company is the worst Customer service - I ordered a white jumper it arrived in the package damaged ,it was clearly cut by something & still packed for delivery - On 9/8/2022 I emailed curvy sense with pictures - the shipping label I located after finding it (slide under bed) I forwarded the pictures per request - not 1 additional email following the pictures - I’ve called no less that 4/5x during their business hours - trashhhhhhhhhhh

I don’t recommend because of the lousy return options offered. Clothes are decent but not great. I tried to make a return and not only was the return process clunky AF and difficult, you have to pay for return shipping, AND they won’t refund to your original payment method! In store credit only? I won’t shop there again. For the prices, they need a better return process.

Returns are so difficult, you have to get your own shipping label and pay for it they wont reimburse you for it where most sites give free shipping on returns. Not only that you can't be refunded you get a store credit only. So now this cost me an extra $13 on top of what I already spent and am forced to buy items that I do not want. Never will I recommend or shop here again!

How does an online store only offer store credit as form of return? I am stuck with a dress that is way too big. I won't ever in life shop with Curvy Sense again. I'll be sure to tell my friends as well. The same dress is on Amazon for way less, and they DO offer refunds.

I was hesitant about purchasing this jumpsuit, however the fit was amazing! The color, size, and material was truly fitting. I received a lot of compliments on my outfit. It was a great asset to my birthday wardrobe!

Refund policy is non existent…. They only give you store credit and you have to pay for shipping to return the item to get store credit. I have never experienced a store to have these business practices.

I ordered the camo jumpsuit and it is true to size and is good quality very happy with my purchase !
