I was told my file was deleted less than three years of doing business with this company. I was told I could get prints anytime I needed them when I first invested my money. Then some rude representative tells me they can’t hold my files for an infinite amount of time. Ending his email rudely with, “good day!” So disappointing.. shame! How do you not infirm a customer that you are going to delete their file?

As a very small business, I've been outdone by the personal attention that all staff at Cushing have afforded me, every time I've worked with them. No project is "too small" - and the results are top-notch and no different from those of their larger clients (I've had opportunities to use some of those larger clients' documents, so have that basis for comparison). Professional, gracious and helpful every step of the way, Cushing is a pleasure to work with.

Joe Cushing and his team recently did a very large and complicated printing, mounting and binding job for us under very difficult circumstances (the holidays, COVID) with a challenging timeline, and they did it with the utmost professionalism and can-do spirit. Everything was completed and delivered as requested, with a very high level of quality. I can't say enough about their efforts and personalized service, and am extremely grateful.

We had the pleasure of working with the Folks from Cushing and Sepia Studio for a public installation for a festival and I couldn't have been in better company. The design, execution and creative genius that come from Julia Kaufman and Amanda Eich were everything. The created a movement piece that reflected the vibe and energy of the festival as well as a major moment where folks could stop and take a photo. Jon Davis was great with communication really delivered. As Chamber of Commerce working with Cushing for not only our needs but being able to recommend them for our local and independent businesses is a true comfort knowing they are in such good hands.
