Custom Aloha Shirts Avis 10

I ordered 6 custom shirts from this company. Each person gave me their size. Not one of the shirts fit anyone. When I tried to call, no one answered. When I tried their chatbot, no response. They responded to my email saying that they want pictures and measurements to fix the error. Now I don't have the shirts that I need for a milestone birthday and they are hassling me. The shirts looked great, if only we could use them.

I had a great experience with aloha shirts. My order arrived much faster than I expected and the shirt I received is high quality exactly as shown in the picture and most importantly their Customer service was also impressive they responded quickly and we're very helpful with my questions . I placed an order with this company on 10/7 - I immediately received a confirmation via email. I then started to receive in rapid succession a series of emails telling me that I had points to use! Somehow, every email advertised more points than the previous. That was the first indication that something was off about this site. However, I remained hopeful. I reached out via their customer service email asking for an update as I had not received any sort of update regarding the actual order, just my "points" - customer service responded on 10/14 assuring me the order was being processed and and that they would be in touch regarding a timeframe for shipping. It has been radio silence since. I have reached out via email twice now, without any response. $50.00 lesson to do a little more research before ordering. I am hopeful that I can refute the charge.
