Custom Creations Detailing Avis

Its August again and time for my annual decontamination package. Now, my vehicle always looks good, but I'm always surprised by how much better it looks after its annual visit!

During this last year the car has unfortunately seen some paint and therefore Andy and the team have had to apply a fresh ceramic coating to some panels.
They've done a superb job and overall the results are stunning. The car definitely doesn't look its age!

The self healing properties of my original Fenlab coating have a lifespan of around 5 years, so next year I'll be upgrading to newer technology and a coating by Titan.

The service I receive at CCD always feels personal and professional and affordable, so it goes without saying that I'll be back again soon.

Thank you

I took my 2021 T6.1 VW Transporter campervan to Andy to get his opinion on how to enhance the paintwork.

It’s a pure grey van and whilst I thought it was in decent condition Andy soon picked out areas and thoroughly discussed how we could improve the vehicle.

I left it with Andy whilst I went on holiday, knowing that a vehicle of this size would take some working on.

Communication whilst I was away was excellent and I got daily updates and photos of the work that was being carried out.

I was blown away by the results of the work when I picked the van back up and the paintwork is 100% improved even to my untrained eye.

He advised me on the best maintenance going forward and was more than happy to offer advice and tips on keeping the paintwork in tip top condition.

I’d highly recommend Andy and his team!

Excellent experience all round. Andy is really thorough and enthusiastic about what he does. He sent lots of in progress photos and the before and after difference was everything I had hoped for. I would highly recommend Andy.

Absolutely stunning transformation of the bodywork. 100% recommend you won't be disappointed.

I have recently bought a Porsche convertible that has had more than its fair share of amateur “Valet specialists” let loose on it. Andy assessed the paintwork and came up with a treatment plan based on his assessment.
After dropping off the car Andy and his team got to work. Andy took photos and videos whilst carrying out the detailing and sent them to me. Each part of the process was documented and I was kept up to date with the progress.
Andy clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. I had agreed a package with Andy and when he started working on the car there were a few things that cropped up that Andy wanted to address. These were outside of the package I had agreed and I asked Andy to let me know the adjusted price. Andy replied to tell me there was no extra charge as it wouldn’t be fair to inflate the bill.

These extras included a more expensive paintwork protection than quoted.
Andy also had a paint mixture made up to my cars specification to repair a few chips in the paintwork. Andy then gave me the leftover paint and lacquer for any future scuffs - at no extra cost.

Amazing service

I’ve been back to Andy for some extra work on my car, I needed a bespoke PPF package to protect my car after some small mods. They designed it perfectly and made sure it looked just right. As always excellent work. Thanks guys

Best ppf in Notts don't go anywhere else

A big thanks to Andy and his team for the work carried out on my car, this team know their stuff when it comes to detailing

Andy can take a run of the mill 1 series BMW and make it look great inside and out. Great service all round

I’d like to give a big shout out to Andy really good at his job and great customer service always giving me updates and pictures to let you know how the job is Getting on. Couple of weeks after having my car PPF Andy is still just checking in to see how everything is going on great guy and I would recommend him to anybody needing there car PPF or any of his other services 😉😎 Thanks for a great job on my C 63s

Really professional and knowledgeable, can't recommend enough. Any problem Andy can sort it to the highest of standards. Will always be taking my car to custom creations!

Amazing service and advice, made my gloss black roof look like new!

Andy and Craig at CCD did an absolutely magnificent job on my prized Ford Mustang Mach 1. It wasn't an old car (less than two years and c.8,000 miles), but it was wearing its miles already. CCD not only revived the sparkle of its Cyber Orange paint, but treated it to full PPF on most of its vulnerable areas of the body, then ceramic-coated the rest and cleaned the interior. Honestly, the end result was better than the car was when I picked it up from the Ford main dealer in December 2022, and considering all the work and careful detailing the guys did, it was for a very reasonable price too. Will be taking my car back there annually to keep it looking its best and cannot recommend CCD enough for any discerning car enthusiast who owns a vehicle they want to look like new again.

I had planned to exhibit my 300zx at Japfest in Silverstone on Sunday.
In a state of urgency, I reached out to Andy on Wednesday to request his help.
Despite the short notice, he kindly accommodated my request and scheduled my Z for swirl mark removal and comprehensive detailing.
By midday Saturday, my Z was meticulously detailed and gleaming (WoW).
At the show I received numerous compliments on its immaculate appearance.
Fortunately, I had Custom Creations Detailing business cards with me, which I distributed as a token of my appreciation.
I wholeheartedly recommend Andy's services to all.
Thank you, Andy, for your exceptional work and professionalism.
See you soon mate 👍.

I called Custom Creations after a quick search on Google, following a bad application on Pre-Wash on my car. It was late on a Friday afternoon and Andy took the time to stay later than the closing time to assess the works needed. He suggested that the works needed doing quickly so made every effort to get me in first thing on Monday morning to address the issues.

During the day - Andy kept me up to date with updates and progress of the detail, through emails and photos, each of which were immaculate.

I then returned just before closing on Monday to collect my car (Andy stayed after closing time again to ensure I was happy with the works and also to guide me moving forward on the cleaning maintenance).

From the severity of the contamination by the Pre-Wash, the results are absolutely unbelievable! The car is immaculate - it looks even better than when it was delivered new!

The service and effort provided to me was outstanding and far exceeding anything that I expected! He really knows what he is doing!

Will definitely be returning after chatting about some future proofing care of my Tesla M3.

Thanks Andy! 👍

2024 Porsche 911 GTS
Only had the car 3 days from brand new from the dealers but had booked it in with Andy to get it detailed and so glad I did!
I was offered the dealers detailing ( external company that comes in for the day - dealer was honest about this), but for a similar price and 3 days of hard work by Custom Creations and proper coating on the car, which unlike the dealer these guys remove the wheels and coat them on the inside and the brake callipers as well. I know dealers work to a time scale and price.
We are so pleased with the results ( it looks like a different car). I suppose the clue is in the title but the attention to detail that Custom Creations put into the presentation of our vehicle was exemplary and the communications were excellent across the process.
I have never had a car detailed before and certain did not realise all the work that goes into it, but we are so pleased with the results (and the after care/ advice). I would have no hesitation in recommending this company’s services and we will use them again.
Andy and the guy's, I thank you.

Took my car in for front end PPF, ceramic coat and wheel ceramic coat. The work was completed to an incredibly high standard and the car looked substantially better than when it had arrived from the factory about a month before which absolutely blew me away when I collected it. I received regular video updates letting me know what was being done and why, but the main thing that stood out was the attention to detail at every stage. No corners were cut and this was evident when I picked the car up. Advice/demonstration also given on the maintenance wash which was really helpful. 10/10 experience throughout.

Went in for a bit of a fettle (all except the illegal fronts) and came out with a Colgate smile.

Excellent service and skills as always

Second car into CCD and wouldn't consider anyone else. The team go above and beyond the minimum and suggest and make improvements along the way. Always to the improvement of the final outcome. Highly recommended.

It is refreshing to deal with someone who not only gives the best advice but doesn’t give the hard sell. Andy genuinely cares about the best way to look after your car, I guarantee it will benefit you when you come to sell your car as it will be like new
