Great Customer Service
I made 2 different orders with a variety of different styles, sizes, and designs. Custom One was super easy to work with, made my order very quickly, and even delivered to my house for free after I had showed up for pickup but my order wasn’t ready yet. After going through my completed order, I noticed I was missing 2 items. Custom One responded very quickly and provided those items for me. Would highly recommend Custom One to anyone looking for a good quality product in a timely manner.

The hoodie looks good, but they are horrible with trademarks. It was a single item for personal use and not violating, as they made me feel. The delivery was fast, though.

Never again cheaper and better elsewhere
Placed an order and it has been a disaster from the beginning. I saved the previews of what I was supposed to get. Ordered 2 cotton printed tshirts. 1 black 1 blue. First off they shipped the package with the wrong item codes for customs says that I am getting leather apparel. Not sure how a cotton shirt is leather. So that cost me extra money in customs. Then I get my my shirts and the quality looks like they have been washed 50 times. The images look faded and the dimensions do not even come close to the previews. On top of that the black shirt is more of an off grey and looks faded as it was left in the sun but clearly not a black shirt. When I tell them about all of the issues they try to blame the shipping company and that the black shirt I ordered was of lower quality(even those on the sample shows a solid black shirt) so thats why is not black and that I need to pay extra for a better one and then i saved images of the showing the proper size of the images that was ordered and they dont even come close to the right size on the actual shirts and if I wanted them like the previews of the actual shirts I ordered I would have to again pay extra(no option to do so) to have the size of the preview picture that I had ordered. Then when I tell them about all of the issues they try to tell me there is no refunds for a custom shirt which is not shown unless you go digging in the fine print. However that still does not cover the fact they did not deliver on what I actually ordered. Still dealing with. Lastly, they responded fast to this then any email I have sent by far!

While I'm satisfied with the product I was a bit disappointed that the shirts shipped through the US Postal Service and our Airbnb where we were staying had no mail delivery service so it was a cluster trying to get the shirts in hand. In the end, I did receive them but it was after we came back home and the moment for total enjoyment had passed.
In the future I will pay much closer attention to delivery method.

Unprecedented behavior: Company resorts to false accusations months later.
I am appalled that Custom One has chosen to reopen a case resolved on February 5th specifically to smear my name and paint an inaccurate picture. For a full context of how this dispute began, I encourage other customers to read my previous review for reference. I would have ignored their latest message and let it go, but I cannot let them smear my name. This company is a lot worse than I ever imagined; their behavior is truly unprecedented.
The claim in their recent reply that I called anyone a “scammer” is a complete fabrication. I have the entire email history of our professional correspondence, and at no point did I use that word or any unprofessional language. I have all the receipts to prove this if necessary. It is a serious lack of integrity for a Production Lead to publicly accuse a customer of verbal abuse to justify their team's initial refusal to honor their own return policy.
The reason I kept the 1-star review was because of how they chose to pursue this: first by gaslighting and ignoring my concerns, then by unsuccessfully flagging my review as "untruthful" to Trustpilot. Even the refund process was a struggle; they initially only sent half the agreed-upon amount, and I had to reach out again to correct their math. A partial refund for physical items does not account for the emotional stress, the time spent auditing their errors, or this latest attempt at character assassination. I would still not recommend them to anyone.

Disappointment.
I submitted a custom shirt order through Custom One’s website using their design tool and provided the layout as requested. After placing the order, I was contacted multiple times asking for additional clarification about sizing and placement.
Despite responding quickly and providing detailed measurements for the design, the process became unnecessarily back-and-forth. Ultimately, they cancelled the order stating they “did not fully understand the requirements” and would not be able to meet my expectations.
They said a full refund was issued and should appear within 1–2 business days. While I appreciate that step, the overall experience was disappointing. I expected a smoother process from a company that specializes in custom printing, especially after submitting the design through their system initially.

In this situation, when we determined that the requirements might not be fully clear or could lead to a result that did not match what you were expecting, the decision was made to cancel the order and issue a full refund rather than proceed with a print that might disappoint you.
