I used Custom Patch Factory because I needed patches on a vey tight deadline (less than 2 weeks) for an upcoming athletic event in Hawaii. Not only did their team deliver, they continuously checked in with me to make sure the patches turned out the way I wanted.

Our event is next week and I am excited to see what our athletes think of the patch. Even by 'Hash House Harrier' standards, these patches turned out CLEAN!

Great quality custom patches! Ordered 50 for my team & they came out perfect. I do recommend you opt for the print proof option on order as it took a few rounds with their design team to get the sample to match the original design, but in the end the results were great. I will definitely be ordering again for any future custom patch needs!

Incredibly fast response to my email inquiry. I received the pricing and a mock up of the custom patch I wanted to order within 30 minutes. The price was great and the mock up was fantastic. I was told we would receive the patches in 3 weeks and we got them in 2 weeks! The actual patches are amazing!!! I will definitely order from custompatch.com again.

The only issue I had was finding instructions on attaching them to my hats. I contacted customer service, but the instructions they gave me didn't work. It was up to me with trial and error to figure out what temperature to use on the heat press.

The team was timely with providing printer proofs, the customer service was quick to jump on a call with any questions I had, and the end results turned out fantastic! We couldn't be more pleased. None of their staff communicate with each other. A "manager" will say one thing, then their staff cant follow what they say. Even with it documented in the notes. Stay away from them if you actually want good customer service. Expect your rep to tell you wrong information and call it "their processes" and "setting the expectation" opposite of what the last rep did. Horrible company.

The patches look beautiful! The "5" in the number "2025" is a little difficult to read (it kind of looks like a 6), so that's a bit disappointing. I liked the proofing process and the fact I was able to get multiple proofs made until I was happy. They did "lose" my order in the production process and nobody noticed until I said something, so that was disappointing. I think I should have been offered free expedited shipping to compensate for that. Thankfully I placed my order in advance, so we had time for this mishap.

I am very happy with the final product from my patch order. We have a complicated logo, and it often loses its details when trying to have it embroidered. After reviewing a few samples from Custom Patch Factory that weren't quite right, they suggested trying another style of patch. It looks fantastic. My only complaint is that the style patch they recommended was $50+ more expensive, and they were not willing to offer me a discount for what CPF called an upgrade. However, I am pleased with the final product, just not giving customer service a 10/10, maybe a 7 there.
