I bought their 3-in-1 mobile slider and it works great. the pictures that I put on the sides are good quality and it is an overall good product that works just as advertised.

Truly No stars deserved. I needed a swab gift for my team for a very specific date. I worked with one of the "Senior Account Executives" to design and process my order. The initial "design" was just what I wrote in an email with really no design effort whatsoever. We quickly agreed on a design, quantity etc. I was sent a link and provided payment information. The product was promised 1 week before our corporate event. The product was not received. On the first day of the even after working with ANOTHER "account executive", I was told that the gifts were not even produced and they could make them and rush them to me. After waiting 2 weeks and no product, they were going to produce and ship in less than 24 hours?? I had to cancel the order and did not have the opportunity to use a reliable company for what I needed. Go somewhere else, do not use this company.

What a wonderful surprise in our present economy. A company you can count on, that not only makes promises but keeps them. I recommend them highly for little jobs, as well as big ones!

Life would be so much easier if every company were like CustomUSB. Their customer support is fantastic. They shipped my order very quickly, so quickly that I wasn't going to be around to sign for it. I contacted them and they worked with the shipper to re-send it for when I would be available. Then, when I had problems with one of the flash drives I had ordered, they promptly shipped me a replacement with no hassle. The products look great, and I'm so happy with them.

I order a lot of promotional items for both my work and for my daughter's business. I have been to dozens of websites and browsed thousands of products. I have never had such an easy order process. Their products have clear full descriptions. I was recently looking for custom branded wireless charging pads and was so impressed that Custom USB has products made in the US that are fairly priced and the fact that I didn't have to order 25 or 50 is so helpful for small businesses. It was so simple to design and order. I made a mistake and called right away, expecting a lengthy automated system but to my surprise, I was immediately routed to a person...a live human being! She was awesome and cancelled my order. She sent me to Art who was also so helpful. In 5 minutes my order was changed and Art sent me a link for payment. It was so simple. I am so impressed. I don't usually leave lengthy reviews (also posted to all my social media) but when a company gets it right, I will recommend them all day. Big thanks to Art and the team at Custom USB for getting it right. High five, ya'll.

Excellent work! Had a tight deadline and needed 400 items laser engraved with company logo. All arrived today, early, and I could not be more pleased. After having these for a month and using multiple chargers, they don't hold a charge for long and not a full phone charge.

As soon as I expressed interest, a representative (Jenina Lanzi) reached out to me to send me a sample of my order to test it out before putting the larger order. In a matter of days, we had the sample in our office and the quality of the phone wallet sample was incredible. The text + graphics + colors were very clear and vibrant. Upon receiving our order, the quality matched the sample's. All throughout the process, we were guided by Jenina Lanzi who clarified everything to us and made the whole process even easier! Highly recommend.
