Disappointed is an understatement.

Paid £81 for a custom jacket for a friends leaving present and it’s come with massive errors. Not quite sure how it passed quality control.

From reading the previous reviews I don’t hold out any hope on getting a replacement or refund any time soon.

I did recieve my custom varsity jacket. Very good quality. Customer service did respond when i asked if it was shipped. Took a little bit more days to get it tho.

I’m relieved to have finally received a full refund, but my experience with this company was incredibly frustrating.

After receiving a jacket that didn’t match the design I confirmed and paid for, it took seven weeks of repeated follow-ups just to get the issue resolved. Communication was slow and inconsistent throughout, and I often had to chase just to get any response at all. Even when the refund was eventually processed, I was never sent any confirmation or acknowledgement — no receipt, no breakdown, no email. I also had to recover the premium delivery fee separately through my bank, as that part was never addressed.

While I appreciate that the refund was eventually issued, it took far too long and far too much effort. If you’re thinking of ordering, I’d strongly recommend keeping detailed records and being prepared to do a lot of chasing if anything goes wrong.

I ordered a custom varsity jacket 1 April 2025, wanting to use it for an event the 24th. With their homepage saying, that they can deliver within 5-8 working days. I didn't think this would pose a problem.

I wrote them the 15th as I had not yet received a dispatch email with tracking details. Thus I suspected that it had not yet been sent, nor even produced.
A kind employee wrote me shortly after, saying that it was very nearly complete, and should be ready to be sent out later that day, or the day after (16th). It was also stated that they were going to send it with a fast method so it it should arrive before the 24th. (I assumed that meant Premium delivery)

The following are dates from UPS.
17/04/2025 16:26 Label Created. UPS has not received the package yet.

22/04/2025 Collection Scan, Bristol, United Kingdom.

From there it goes to a in facility Stanford Le Hope, United Kingdom from 22nd to 24th.

Then a facility at Herne-Boernig, Germany from 24th to 25th.

Then Facility in Vejle, Denmark from 25th to 28th. where they add Import charges: 211DKK (24£)
something they could have billed me for, or at least informed me about, when I bought it.
I'm thinking they would know, that the rest of EU has import charges from things coming from outside EU. Which includes UK, now that they have left the EU back in 2020. But nope that was a "happy" surprise in my already very delayed purchase.

I received it today, the 28th of April four days after I needed it. Luckily there is a similar event next year. for which I now have the jacked ready for then.

The quality of the jacket seems fine.
The mailing estimates are way off. If you order from them, do it a couple of months in advance.

Ordered here but did not receive any information and can't contact the owners. Very disappointed
