Someone was using my card fraudulently and as soon as they found out they cancelled the subscription and refunded my money. They take fraud very seriously and handle it accordingly.

Zoe was very helpful in my cancelling my subscription. I did not realize that the wire was for baby's items only that's why I cancelled my subscription. There was no hassle given to me when I cancelled.

they were good at fixing the issue.
I didn't like how they were trying to take money out of my account and I never heard of them. After reaching out to them they worked on resolving the issue and they did a good job of that. It was probably just a misunderstanding but they did listen to what I had to say and fix the problem. Kenny is handling my issue and I feel good about him getting things done
