I was very disappointed in how Cutetonics responded to my complaint about their dry cranberry powder. I received this in a very thin plastic package from amazon. It has no taste and does not dissolve in water. The packaging makes no mention of its inability to dissolve. I asked for some reassurance that it is organic and natural and Cutetonics provided me with no evidence and just stated the supplier is reliable. This did not fill me with any confidence and I asked for a refund and they said I was too late.

The Cacao Nibs are the best I've tasted yet. Said postage would take 3-5 days. I placed Order on July 20th 2024 and finally received it on July 31st 2024 which is 11 days. This was partly due to Royal Mail's usual inefficeincy i.e. not leaving cards when delivery missed and not redelivering on date arranged on Royal Mail app.

Would be a massive help if Cutetonic would email customer to say that order has been dispatched with a tracking number as the only email I got was to say the order had been processed but no follow up email to inform of dispatch and approximate arrival date.

Easy online ordering . . . I wanted a product that I used to buy from another supplier, but they didn't have any in stock, hence the purchase from Cutetonic, which will be my Supplier going forward.

Before ordering Vitamin C from your company, I asked if the product was ultra-fine powder, but there was no answer, so I assumed it was, and ordered three 1kg bags of Vitamin C ultra-fine powder, but when I received them, they were Vitamin C fine powder. I'm very disappointed and feel deceived. I will never buy from your company again and will be spreading the word on online message boards.

I appreciated the option to ship worldwide was there at all.

My shipment costs were sent on the next working day after order. Those of my order were more than twice the price of the good itself.

If you're shipping like a 25kg, to Algeria, expect a shipping starting from a hundred bucks which is quite low price say shipping from UK to Algeria but you might not be interested if the shipment more than twice the price of the item itself. It would have been helpful of the shipment fees are automatically calculated or at least estimated during order so until the next working day to get the shipment fees, customers don't get to imagine a scenario where they have a stock closer to the place you're shipping to and might have interesting shipment fees. The more items the more the extra hundreds of bucks for the shipping only.

Lovely pure product. Very reasonably priced. The vitamin D supplements have improved my health. I will continue to take these and to recommend to family and friends.

I bought organic peaprotein powder. The parcel was damaged by the courier company. When I have reported this issue to the seller. They happily replaced my whole order. Brilliant customer service.
