Couldn't have been better. The whole process was a breeze and totally happy with what I received at the end.

This review was delayed by two years. I thought it was better late. I approached this firm in 2019 to get my CV done. I called Sushana today to take their help in editing my CV. I was surprised that she still remembered who I was, the color of my CV and even my role for which she had helped draft a resume. She made me feel so special as a client that I was overwhelmed. I was particularly difficult as a client. Multiple edits and not once did she flinch. And today, was just an added feather. I am still surprised. My prayers for your growth. Stay blessed.

The process took more than 20 days. I had to follow up several times. Things mentioned in the body of the email were ignored and only changes mentioned in the document with track changes are considered.

After seeing the best CV maker in Google, when I approached them, the initial process is very smooth and professional. But the actual work is not of high quality, when I compared the first draft with my current resume, the old one was looking much better.

Pros: 1) Able to compress my previous version of 6 page to 3 page
2) The final PPT output is good
3) The response from design team is really fast
4) The initial requirement gathering process is good though

Cons:
1) No QC, same mistakes even in final draft, (I have asked to remove duplication of Btech (2004 and 2016) 3 times, even then it is there in final copy, the timelines of my first company not mentioned completely
2) Do not take Linkedin service, unless you dont have anything in place
3) The final output will be only 80% of the sample/reference CV

Overall I would not recommend CV Designer to any of my close friends/relatives

CV Designer has been good as far as my experience is concerned. Of course was unhappy a couple of times but overall was a pleasant experience. Hopefully things change for me going forward in terms of getting opportunities. One of the good things that I would like to highlight is that they never crib with the customer or find excuses on not doing some edits that are suggested. They always accommodate which is appreciated. Something that I did not like about them is that for the changes that we give in every revision, the same will not reflect on the next version therefore it becomes a tedious task to look through the whole resume again for the same edits. Some seriousness should go into ensuring that edits in one revision is corrected in the next. They were quite casual about this which was disappointing. Leela and Jasmine were very helpful with regard to design and content respectively. They accommodated most of what I said and were patient throughout. If you want to use their services do ask for Jasmine or Leela then you may not have so much of running around to do with every revision. Akshara also was quite helpful but set your expectations right with her as she is the one who oversees the whole thing once a project is taken up.

Bit late in providing final draft .But it looks good

Charged much and promised for one year of service for updating stuffs in the written CV, for the first version itself I struggled to get the errorless CV and for the update after 4 months, I sent an updated job profile alone to be included in my CV it had been more than three weeks, still I didn’t receive the updated version of the CV and the respective persons are not even able to reach them... really disappointed with the service provided by them and it is not really worth for the money which spent on this CV building.....

Areas that can be better is time management and creative writing.
