Very responsive team and helpful in the whole process. The design aspects are good but the content writing is where improvement is needed. I did not get the expected value addition in this area.

I came across this resume builder service while searching on Google. The first thing that held me back is the way they have built their website and provided all the details on the services they provide. It is self explanatory and very crisp. My first interaction with Sushana over the phone was very good. She walked me thru the entire process and looped me with her team.

The team has been very prompt in their responses. Sushma, the project coordinator has been very helpful throughout the lifecycle of this resume building. The team takes time to understand the requirements from the customer and provides helpful insights on resume development to let the client understand better. They do not hesitate in multiple rounds of discussion and are very flexible to host quick meetings to turn around the tasks at hand in time.

Overall, I am very happy with the outcome of my resume. The content writer has done a great job in phrasing the keywords on my resume and the design team has made it look great with their templates. The coordinator has led the team well in order to deliver the project in time.

My review is good and more to improve . i am in to this service for first time., my expectation was more . some points to improve
1. templates were given with other profession . i could not fit me and see the result
2. Visual CV design choice is limited to only one . it should be atleast two.
3. CV writers present with some unknown values in the visuals which either them or the customers could not understand. I modified in draft condition
4. Seems to be copy paste most of the words from the parent resume.. spell check and grammer check to be done before the closure. I found some mistakes displayed when i was presented final version.
5. Timelines ok .

The Resume Service is Ok and Fine. Quality of Work is Good. The Delay in the Resume is One Drawback Otherwise The Quality of Work is Ok.

They offered a pretty good service, I am satisfied with the work. However, it took more time than they offered, a continuous follow up is required from our side to get the job done.

Average service
Post payment there was a period (4 days) when they did not respond to us. However, after raising the complaint (Trustpilot), we got the text CV promptly. However, we did not get the visual CV in the cut off time. I have decided to do it myself. Hence I have no comment on their work in the visual CV.

The CV Designer team fully understands the client's brief and requirements and are prompt with their deliverables. All in all a wonderful experience to work with a professional team @CV designer.
