Ordered both black and color cartriges…
Ordered both black and color cartriges for acient HP DeskJet F2280. Color one was faulty somehow and would not be recognized by printer.
Called Cartrige World and got new cartrige in 24 hours!
Quick and very customer-oriented people! Cartriges prices are about one third of original! Highly recomend.

You are completely right to be frustrated—getting the wrong cartridge delays your work, and we should have caught the difference between the 404 and 504 models prior to shipping.
