All good here now. I was kind of upset with closure of the store in Paralimni some time ago, but now the online ordering and delivery are flawless, which compensates for the absence of closest to me shop.
Also, the manager had called to personally follow-up that my order was as expected.

Excellent follow-up by 'phone. Necessary because it was more difficult online to select the right toners. I searched by printer model and ended up ordering the wrong ones. This was sorted out on the telephone conversation - so full marks there.

Helpful staff, and really good service!
I bought some fluo paper i needed for a project, Miss Moira, the store manager, was lovely and helped me through out my order. I wanted to return part of my order and replace it with another product i preferred more. The return and replacement went really smooth with the help of Miss Moira and I'm more than satisfied.
