Overall good but difficulties to place order on the site as well as difficulties to have a stock coherence.
Historical purchases still impossible to consult (this is a major fault).

great customer service
was looking to find ink for an old printer I have at home, they suggested a alternative brand as the old one was not easy to find.
When I've got home the printer wouldn't accept the ink as "not genuine" , they reimbursed my purchase no problem.

Quick and convenient online purchase and checkout experience. Only negative was that there was no notification when the order was actually with the courier and no tracking. After a couple days after the order I inquired about delivery status they replied very quickly and the order happened to arrive on the same day, which was a Saturday.

Been using them for years
Been using them for years. Went back based on previous good experience. Did two jobs.
Fixed a printer. Used spares from old machine . No problem with that. Mine is old and new parts are hard to obtain. It stopped my machine going on the scrap heap saving me several hundred Euro.
Fixed a laptop. Done as fast as it took to get the parts.
Prices very reasonable. Service as usual very good. Friendly and professional staff.
