Quick and helpful Service
I am very pleased with my experience in ordering a discontinued printer cartridge. I needed to have my HP Laser jet printer running as soon as possible. I ordered the cartridge with expedited delivery and received the cartridge the next day! The unit printed about 20 pages and then quit. I emailed the company right away. They apologized for the problem and suggested a couple of things to do to see if the cartridge could be made to work. That failed so they sent me another cartridge free of charge the next day. That cartridge worked fine. I was very pleased in knowing that this company valued my experience more than their bottom line.

The “packaging” was much less than I…
The “packaging” was much less than I have experienced in the past. The Black Cartridge was in an opened plastic sleeve, opened in the same fashion that I use to open and re-use the plastic bag to send my cartridges in for recycling. However, I fold the bag over and tape it closed, this bag was open and leaked Black Ink both in the plastic sleeve and the onside of the Shipping Box.
When the Black Ink cartridge in my printer runs out I will wipe the “Re-Filled” cartridge off, and insert it into my printer. I am not going to do anything right now, and reserve my final judgment on this experience u til then

Price was right at the time,now its double the price, for 10 more I get brand new ones. But this order was delivered on time and works wonderful in my printer, saying that I will not buy anymore at the price listed, like I said 10 more and I can get brand new one

Everything was delivered to our shipping department. But normally it is delivered at the front door and they take the old cartridges. This time they didn't take the old cartridges. But I am always happy with Cartridge World.

The web page is not intuitive
The web page is not intuitive. Therefore I ordered a complete set of black, magenta, cyan, and yellow and paid for them. The next day I received an email stating I had items in my cart. Maybe I didn't pay after all so I paid for the cart and received a second black cartridge which I didn't want or need at this time. The ink from Cartridge World has been good, the ordering wasn't.

I have used Cartridge World for many years for ink cartridges and I now have a laser printer. I never had an issue with their products or service. Always been great! I just got a toner cartridge for my new HP printer to replace the original starter cartridge that came with it. The CW cartridge fits and works perfectly.
