Avoid like the plague! I've never dealt with a payment processor this bad - and I've dealt with a lot.
I tried them as they are owned by Visa and I assumed (wrongly) that they would be competent.
Since launching 10 days ago we've had so many problems I have lost count. Payments fail due to 3DS errors, payments are delayed, payments are delayed and then they expire, payments are duplicated, transactions are missing completely from the admin. The list goes on and on...
I suspect the problem is the Shopify integration but I've honestly never encountered a company who couldn't resolve issues as serious as this with 10 days. They've not even managed to improve the situation. It might even be getting worse.
Maybe this was just bad timing on my part and they are normally great but my experience has been beyond terrible. I will move away as soon as physically possible.

As a developer, implementing CyberSource has been a very frustrating experience. The documentation is unclear in several areas, integration flows are overly complex, and debugging issues takes far more time than it should. Overall, it has been one of the most difficult payment integrations I’ve worked with.

tried to set up 3-d-secure and they have by far the worst of the worst sales reps- first of all the sales rep was not able to explain me the process, he had to get the information it does not relate to sales as he stated, he is in the sales department, and then i asked him to explain to me the prices, all he did was copy and paste a price i had received 2 years ago from another rep- and said these prices were reduced, i was like that same reduction was from 2 years ago was it reduced this century this decade when were they reduced, and we didnt get past this stage and i moved on, i was going to set up 4 different merchant accounts, but seems like the rep doesnt care much about customer satisfaction or even acquiring a new customer. stay away you have been warned.

Marketing / Sales do not respond to phone calls, Emails, LinkedIn or Twitter (X). If this is the quality of customer service then cannot see how they stay in business
Cybersource is really bad...
I don't recomend using Cybersource, it is very hard to setup your account.
I had problems stablishin a new password.
The dashboard doesn't work very well, the Keys I generate disappear and appear whenever they want. When I load another window it asks me to login an introduce a verification code, while I can navigate with no problems in other window... like it closes my session only in one window...
It is a headache

its complicated to complete your sign up and turn from test login to final login, the help center is not working, even if you try to send email to find a solution no ones answer, i highly not recommend this website.
