My husband manages this insurance for…
My husband manages this insurance for me. The policy is excellent.
We had an email with the policy in my name as insured, but physical documents showing my husband as insured.
Last year we had to speak to get this rectified.
I understand this is a multi bike policy. My husband does not cycle and tbh the insurance schedule says 'The insured is my husband' not me.
A simple reissue of the document in my name would have been clearer.
But policy is v good

We are sorry for any confusion and inconvenience caused by the policy documentation.
It is likely that when you contacted us previously, our advisor explained how our family cover operates. With Cycleplan's multi-bike policies, one policy can cover all of your family's bikes, and immediate family members living at the same address can benefit from selected cover options, such as Personal Accident and Public Liability, at no additional cost.
As a result, it is not unusual for one family member to be shown as the policyholder while other family members are listed as insured persons under the policy. This arrangement would not affect the validity of the cover or cause any issues in the event of a claim, as all eligible family members included under the policy are insured in accordance with the policy terms and conditions.
However, we appreciate that receiving documentation showing different names may have caused uncertainty, but this is the name that was chosen to be on the policy in the first place. We are always happy to review policy documentation with our customers to ensure everything is clear and accurately reflects the cover in place.

E bike insurance
I didn’t have to wait to be connected and , although it was a longish call I never felt rushed. The insurance deal I was asking about was clearly explained and I was valued as a customer.My questions were answered honestly so that I felt confident that I understood what I was paying for.
Honestly, one of the best phone calls I’ve had not only in dealing with insurance but in comparison with other household, ‘keeping life on track ‘arrangements one has to cope with: audible, friendly and efficient.Thank you Peter!

Helpful service and good value
Arranged cover via telephone. Helpful advisor, all sorted relatively quickly and most importantly the policy feels good value for the level of cover provided.
