Not an effective service - for me. But not a failure either.
Not an effective service - for me. There are far superior services available - they may cost more but you get what you pay for. So in that regard, if money is an issue, I think people can use this service to support their goals of losing weight and getting fit. But...I found more effective tools for myself. I found Noom to be a better weight-loss service and app. I think the training programs and group rides in Zwift to be a better approach to improve my cycling. Again, if one follows the guidance in Cycling Diet, one will get better and lose weight. But, it wasn't for me.

This is a scam
This is a scam. I originally enrolled in Feb., 2021. I received maybe 3 emails within the first week, then NOTHING after that. I sent an email requesting my subscription be cancelled. Never heard anything back until, low and behold, 6 months later another subscription charge goes through my bank. Now they are telling me they can't refund my money. DON'T FALL FOR THE BS!!! On Sept, 23 I was informed my complaint was being reviewed. Since then I have received NOTHING from them. Which makes me even more certain this entire business is a scam.

I'd like to give this 5 Stars, but sadly my cycling diet service was never supplied. If it was, we were never communicated with about it. And if that's the case, then this business is horrible at communicating with its customers, especially after they've taken your money!

There is no app interface which makes it cumbersome to use the interface. I don't really see much value because the workouts are very generalized.

Got my workouts
Got my workouts, and plan in a very timely manner. Seemed simple and straight forward. Within days of starting the program I unfortunately was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and had to completely change from the systems. Struggled to do rides without crashes, ect. Had I been able to continue following the system I'm sure I would have enjoyed it and the results and left a 5 star review.

Terrible customer service, I never authorized the payment and it’s impossible to get ahold of anyone from the company. I’ve never received any of my work out plans. Basically like throwing money in the trash. Do not fall for this website it is a complete scam.
