Difficult to get refund
Having previously used this company and had good success. I opted to buy another BBQ from them. The issue isn’t with the BBQ or the team but the way when a mistake has been made. The courier delivered to the wrong property and has shown a photo of this. I have asked for a refund on the basis I have not got the BBQ. However I have to wait for an investigation with courier. Simply this is not my problem. Rather than continue down this path I have had to do a charge back on my card.

Always great service i bought lots of stuff for my Foukou over the past 5 years and now I have a new Fouko. The best thing to cook on. I highly recommend CyprusBBQ.

Brilliant BBQ and great service.
Brilliant BBQ and great customer service with fast delivery. BBQ is a really solid well made piece of equipment, should last a lifetime. We used one when on holiday in Cyprus last year and had to have one for this year at home. We even bought a second one for relatives! You won't be disappointed!
