I’m incredibly grateful to Daad’s team and CEO for their valuable advice, which helped me improve my skills before starting my career as a Junior UI/UX Designer/Developer.

Before receiving their guidance, I believed that my HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills were sufficient to secure a job in an IT company. However, after sending out my resume to several companies without receiving any responses, I realized there was more to learn. During my three years of part-time work at Daad, I gained invaluable insights from the team, CEO, and founder, which significantly enhanced my expertise.

Thanks to their mentorship, I eventually secured a position as a Junior UI/UX Designer/Developer at Nerve Digital Company. I truly appreciate their support, and that’s why I’m giving them a well-deserved 5-star rating!

Hope our goal is special for those who people are hearing impaired can do why other people don't understand or believe how to hearing impaired is a culture but deaf people have been suffering, pressure, barriers and special jobs nothing. That we want to hard work show to deaf people to behold about how to hearing impaired can work anywhere so they can do special jobs in an increase.

I get good cooperation from working here.My goal was to help children with disabilities.After getting a job as a volunteer, the support of that company and their positive attitude, advice and sincere hard work inspired me to move forward and help children with disabilities to advance their education, community and work . So I'm very happy to be working for DAAD and thank you for giving me the opportunity to work for the upliftment of people with disabilities.So I stand with DAAD company.
