This was a totally new experience for myself with regards to the DNA CHECK. Right from the beginning with my initial phone call with Craig everything went smoothly.
All the staff I have spoken to Nadia, Michelle & especially Craig were so helpful, professional and courteous. Unlike many companies nowadays whenever I left a message or email instantly within half hour I would get a reply back,so there was no waiting around.
It was a pleasure to go through the process with DADCHECKGOLD and I would 100% recommend them to any interested party.
From the beginning to the completion of the process it was all done within 7days.

The kit came following day, we sent back on the Monday and results by the Wednesday, followed up by hard copy letter confirming them. Exceptional, efficient and empathic. Rare in this day and age. Amazing people and service

Very good service, with efficient professional customer service with helpful staffs who was available to answer my queries when I phoned,
I additionally received quick DNA results via email, though paper copy by post took 2-3 weeks to arrive.
