Ordered a Cd and paid.
15 days have gone by still no Cd.
No replies to my email,phone goes to answer phone.
I'd steer clear of these people if you want helpful customer service as it doesn't exist.

Overall it's a very good service, get some really good vinyl at an excellent price, doesn't take too long to come, usually well packed and in good condition.
Sometimes you order a product and they can't send it but you do get refunded and it can take a little bit for communication but other than that a great service, probably the best vinyl shop online in the UK.

definitely buying again!
so good!! i’m a beginner at collecting vinyls, and i couldn’t find any cheap yet trust worthy vinyls so i tried here - and omg!! i only bought one just to test out the site, but i will definitely be buying more in the future. the vinyl came within a week, in good condition - perhaps even better than it was actually listed as! the only problem was that i couldn’t track the shipping, but that’s not the sellers fault at all. would definitely recommend!

Well first thing first, Records arrived Wednesday 1st Nov as planned. All ok & as described & thank you for the discount code for next time & refund for two he had'nt got in stock. Just concerned of how long i've had to wait (did e-mail him & reply was that he had a lot of orders to get through) So that's ok, Just bare with them & you will get your order. Otherwise 5/5. Daddypop poor grading shocking quality
Daddypop? Daddy sells them and it must be baby that grades them! Shocking condition - bought a large qty records, all graded +2/3 higher than they actually were. lots were unplayable, straight in the bin - the rest scratched, split sleeves, damaged sleeves, dirty, smell of mould - VG+ don't make me laugh.

If you had contacted me before leaving this review i would (and always do) accept returns/refunds. It seems odd given the other feedback i have had which is genuinely very positive. And there is no need to be rude.
Excellent service
My first order and the service is excellent as are the prices,the vinyl and picture covers are in great condition.I also like the web site and all communication is good, What I also love is you can request a different delivery for peace of mind, but my order was Royal Mail and received within the time frame so cant complain.Will be using a lot in the future for sure,

A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY
I BOUGHT 4 CD'S FROM THIS COMPANY,( Order #2374-DPOP)WHEN I RECIEVED THEM,3 OF THE JEWEL CASES WERE SMASHED TO PIECES.NOT A GREAT PROBLEM AS I ALWAYS KEEP SPARES,BUT ONE OF THE CD CASES WAS EMPTY - NO CD INSIDE.I HAVE SENT 3 EMAILS ASKING THEM TO EITHER SEND THE MISSING CD,OR A REFUND,BUT ALL HAVE BEEN IGNORED,I HAVE RECIEVED NO REPLY.AM NOW HAVING TO RAISE A CLAIM THROUGH PAYPAL.I WILL NOT BE USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!
UPDATE!! - JUST HAD A REPLY TO APOLOGISE,AND GIVEN ME A FULL REFUND,SO ALL GOOD

First Purchase
I found it slightly cumbersome to navigate through the catalogue, and the return to the previous page was irritating to use. The process to cart I felt was straightforward. I liked that the payment page very easy to use. From paying to receipt was fast. The quality and variety while searching was ok. A satisfactory purchase with a few little niggles.
