Terrible customer service. Stay away at all costs. Withdrawals are not being processed for 2-3 days, support doesn’t know what’s going on and have no power. After 2-3 days get a withdrawal declined email with no reason as to why. Money was transferred deform my account through Crypto by a hacker to another crypto address. Total scam. Avoid!!

I gave the 6 withdrawal requests on dafabet nothing were send to my account no 4 days gone. I send them emails on their support email they are not responding from past 2 days . I will say the scam happen with me i saw they have a good promoters like chirs gayle, ravi bopara even etc they did not send the money into my account. Today they disabled my account. I am unable to login. this is very poor thing i never expected to happen this. peoples spending money on such platforms after wining they are not getting paid. I have been an active user of Dafabet for some time, but my recent experience has left me extremely dissatisfied. I initiated a withdrawal of INR 62,000.00 on January 13, 2025, and the transaction was processed on their end. However, despite my numerous follow-up emails and assurances that my case was being escalated to the relevant team, it has now been over a month, and the funds have yet to reach my bank account.

The lack of communication and updates is appalling. I’ve been provided with no meaningful resolution, and there seems to be no urgency on the part of the support team to resolve the issue. Transaction ID 409726584 has been pending far longer than acceptable, and I am left questioning the professionalism of the customer service team.

If Dafabet values its customers, it should prioritize resolving such issues more promptly and improve its communication. At this point, I am incredibly frustrated and concerned about the reliability of the platform for future transactions.

I'm re- iterating.. My 10000 rupees in casino not deposited.. They keep asking time, from my bank it's credited to agent he has deposited.. But why delay, at times in few seconds they do but today, please guide if they do not credit write to me at my id please I hv been waiting without food n accommodation for 8 hours now.. it looks that they want to stole my money....I already sent all the documents that they ask for, it already passed more than 3 months and my money still blocked on the bookie, what is this? Are they scammers? They want to stole money from the clients? I will make complaints everywhere and i will expose this site on the social media. They are kidding with the peoples money...i am sick of this situation. Never happened to me in any other bookie. Please, i hope this complaint help me and others to withdraw and use dafabet accounts.
