Hi Beard,

Thank you for taking the time to review the Live Rosin disposable. I am so sorry to hear that it clogged and you had the experience you did. This is not the experience we want our customers to have with any of our products. We will be discontinuing the Dabgo hardware after your review and others. We strive to provide a 5-star experience on every order. I hope the extra samples in your order made up for the clogged vape and you'll consider shopping with us again. Thank you for taking the time to review and I am sorry to hear about your experience. I see this is the second time you've ordered from us and this is not how we want our customers orders to arrive. After looking into the issue further, it looks like Cold Shipping was not actually added to your cart at checkout which is what caused the issues. During fulfillment we sometimes include an ice pack and thermal sleeve to orders out of respect to our customers and terps if we can afford to do so. Unfortunately, the shipping selection is a separate process which we cannot always accommodate if it is not listed. I want to apologize for the inconvenience and issues this caused with your order. I hope the explanation helps you feel more confident in your next order, knowing that it will arrive in 2-3 days with Cold Shipping selected. Thank you again for your honest feedback, this helps us to improve the accurate reflection of our products and services.
