I purchased two Iron Maiden 50th… Very disappointed

I purchased two Iron Maiden 50th Anniversary caps from the online store as gifts.
I have to say I am extremely disappointed, as these caps are not what was pictured on the website and are were not as described
The pictures and description advertised a "Distressed, vintage-style design with embroidered band artwork" and appeared to be made from denim- the caps I received are not distressed cloth (denim or otherwise) and definitely not embroidered; they are cheap baseball caps with a printed pictures & writing.
As for the "Brass 50th Anniversary pin for an extra collectable touch" - there is no Brass Anniversary pin just a brown screen printed 50th on the peak of the caps.
I emailed the company & have had no reply this was 11 days ago! Very disappointed!

Do not buy from this company they are total scam artists the item I received was nothing like the item advertised it was a very poor copy ....to send it back and get a refund you have to email for a return address but they ignore all emails they have no interest in customer satisfaction just want your money then hide .....so next stop will be to get my bank to get a refund or contact trading standards ...

Ordered a 50th anniversary Iron Maiden…

6Ordered a 50th anniversary Iron Maiden cap from them. It was advertised on Facebook and looked great, the multicoloured material and frayed style was popping, unfortunately what they sent me was cheap crap, the frayed stying was just printed on, the material panels that make up the cap were cut wrong, stitching was a joke...just like this company....don't buy from them, it's a con.

In reply to the company's reply, my order was Dailyard4941, a refund or the actual cap advertised would suffice.

Avoid this company!

Absolute terrible company to order from. No communication after ordering, despite emailing them. Delivery took weeks then when it did arrive it was cheap rubbish and not as shown in their listing. Don't order from these cowboys.

Dailyard is a scam company

Dailyard is a scam company. I ordered 250th celebration caps before March 1, 2026. They won’t respond to any emails and they took my money. They have not sent any product. The tracking number they sent is bogus and does not work. Do not order anything from them. You will be cheated out of your money with no response from anyone!

Terrible company. Stay away!

If I could rate it a zero star I would. I never received a confirmation email. They never respond to my emails. They have no legitimate phone number to call. And so far it’s been two weeks and I have no idea when I will be getting my item that I ordered. I will never never ever order from this company again.

Never received product

Never received product, tracking says I did. Ships out of China, had I known beforehand Id of never placed the order. Zero contact both calling and emailing. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone, save your money buy American.

This is a scam. The only thing I will say though the scammers are getting even more stupid. My bank ruled in my favour straight away and refunded me in full. I guess if you resort to trying to scam people then you're born to be a failure anyway...

You didn't get away with it with me, and I think just like in Dubai.. Your hands should be cut of in Public for even trying.

Awful conpany. Ordered a gmgand tool, no communication so had to chase it after a number if weeks. When it finally arrived it wasnt what I had ordered and refuse to refund. After multiple follpw up emails they ignore you. Awaiting a final demand response before taking legal action. DO NOT USE THIS CONPANY.
