I ordered a pendant and a matching ring with natural stones. The items look wonderful, just like on the website. The ring sizing is perfect.

Beautiful packaging, quick delivery, and items exactly as described, exceeding expectations.

Love this brand but this time the bracelet snapped . Contacted customer service with pic and order number and received a swift reply and replacement with no charges cannot recommend this company enough and this is the first time I have had an issue with any purchase and it was sorted so quickly and painlessly

I purchased the Estée Lalonde Octagonal Necklace and Harlequin jewellery case in December with some vouchers I’d had for my 50th. Firstly the packaging was stunning, the attention to detail spot on. Both products were beautiful, the design details on the jewellery case stunning. I love when things are so considered and I’m notoriously hard to please. I was super impressed. Not only that I lost the necklace on Boxing Day. I still had the pendant, when I contacted them to ask for a link to purchase just the necklace, they shipped one out FOC. I have owned two "chakra" necklaces now, each has worn back to greenish silver on the pendant within a few months. As far as I know Im not doing anything I shouldn't be.
Initial exchange, and now return via mococo has been swift, but sadly the jewellery doesn't seem very robust at all!

I received excellent service from the customer care team following some issues with my order. There were a couple of problems and the customer care team were easy to contact and always polite and helpful. Particularly with regards to the second issue when they proactively contacted me to explain the further delay. Issues will always happen but I felt the team dealt with the issues efficiently and were extremely helpful.

I purchased the Polly Sayer Chunky Tidal ring in 18k gold plating for my partner who absolutely loved it.

However, after a few months the ring started to show visible signs of tarnishing and after 6-9 months was almost completely silver.

When I let Daisy know and send them my photos, they were absolutely fantastic about it and instantly sent out a replacement.

Great customer service by George, timely review of my issue on a What’s App communication and received replacement earrings of my choice, with no quibble.
As my broken earrings were no longer available, I could choose a similar value pair which was very amicable and am very pleased overall with Daisy, this was the first time I’d had a broken pair but it was all easily resolved, thanks so very much, happy Christmas Daisy 🎄💝
