Far from impressed with Daisy. Its expensive for jewellery that is not fit too wear. I won a voucher in a competition so picked a ring, ear cuff and 2prs earrings. Ear cuff broke 1st use, one pair of earrings the hole in the back is too big for the earring to stay in and the other pair look nice but snapped as put through ear on 1st wear. Binned them all. I do.not recommend Daisy

I was on the phone for about 45 minutes to a lady called Kaysee. Ive been ill my hands are swollen and I couldnt get my wedding ring or engagement ring on so was looking for something else. Kaysee helped me a lot very patient. No pressure to purchase. I picked out a ring paid and it arrived today Monday. I was on the phone Friday. Beautifully boxed package arrived. With a fabulous surprise. Thank you so much.
Included in the box was a hand written card from her as well and she even asked how my husband was as during the conversation I said he was quite ill. Dont normally leave feedbacks but Kaysee definitely deserves a gold star.

Great customer service from George when one of the links in the Singapore Layering Necklace I bought in January came apart. I just had to send over a photo and they arranged for a replacement to be sent out straightaway. Thank you again. :)

Very disappointed with my latest gift from daisy jewellery. I asked for a ring for my birthday, I wore the ring for a week and now it looks brown like a penny, the gold has all washed off. For the price you pay for their items I think you can buy something much better that will last longer.
Very disappointing, won’t be buying from the company again

I am genuinely blown away by the customer service. I don't typically leave reviews but in this case I had to. I ordered a beautiful jewellery box that had a slight mark on the top, and explained to the customer service team that I would like to have an exchange but not pay for reshipping costs.

The team were so responsive and got back to me straight away. They let me know that they could ship out a new jewellery box instantly (all I had to do was share a photo of my returns receipt) and they even said they would personally check the item to make sure it was intact before sending. They even shipped it out as next day delivery!

The whole experience has actually made me want to shop at the store even more. Such a great team!

I have purchased two sets of earrings and two necklaces over the past couple of years from Daisy. All four items are such lovely quality and arrived very quickly and beautifully packaged.
I experienced a small problem with one of the necklaces but was able to contact Daisy very easily. They were so kind and gifted me a replacement immediately. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Contacted Daisy after a recently bought chain broke. Thank you to George in customer services who was really efficient and a replacement chain was sent out within a day of first contact. Pleasant to deal with and you really felt that they take a lot of care with their customer service.

Just found out that all their jewellry comes with a two year warranty.
My bracelet was a gift and when I called to ask about their repair service, I was very pleasantly surprised at how easy and straightforward their process was. All I had to do was email a photo of the item along with contact/order detail followed by a quick reply letting me that a replacement is in it's way! Spoke to a lovely lady called George.
I was so happy and relieved as it was a very special birthday gift from my son. Please do not hesitate to purchase from Daisy. Beautifully made jewellry to a very high standard and with the same customer service!

Amazing customer service.I've had a chain for almost 2 years and it recently broke, so I contacted their customer service to see if it was still in warranty and whether I could have it replaced. They had one in the post for me the next day, I was so impressed by their service and willingness to help!

Needed a last-minute order for my wife’s 40th birthday and the Team, particularly George were absolutely incredible in going above and beyond and getting my order placed and customised within a quicker timeframe then I thought possible. They checked in every step of the way and helped me make my wife’s birthday extra special. On top of that the quality of the necklace and the packaging was 2nd to none. I bought a bracelet for a friend and wanted one for my birthday. However, the gold came off after a few months and I contacted Daisy. I was helped so well and was immediately sent a new bracelet. They are very understanding, customer-friendly and approachable. That is nice because I would definitely recommend them to others and order something myself. Mistakes can always happen as long as they are resolved properly.

I emailed after our house got burgled and all of my jewellery was stolen including my favourite earrings from Daisy I bought last year, enquiring if they could check anywhere because they weren't on the website anymore. Unfortunately there wasn't any left but to my amazement they so kindly offered to send out any other similar earrings on the website for free. How amazing is that?! As someone who's had a pretty traumatic week experiencing the worst of people and no jewellery left, this really made my week at the niceness of this company. What amazing customer service with the most empathetic response to my situation, thank you so much again!

I only discovered Daisy jewellery last year when my daughter said she wanted a Daisy necklace for her 21st. So when I started searching I came across Daisy jewellery, no better place to get a Daisy necklace! My daughter wears it all the time, but about 2 months ago the chain bit caught on her jumper and it looked as if it might break. I called into a few local jewellers to see if they could do anything but they wouldn't touch it,as they said also it looked as if it would break. I decided to contact Daisy to see if they could fix it. George in Customer Services replied very quickly and said they would replace the necklace (I had sent photos of the necklace), To say I was surprised is an understatement. I really feel in Daisy they went above and beyond in their Customer service. My daughter can now wear her Daisy necklace again and she is delighted.I have bought my daughter and niece a ring this year from Daisy for their birthdays. It is now my go to website for jewellery presents. I can totally recommend Daisy. Thank you George( in Customer Services) for the quick replies and first class service
