I made an order (#1D 14774) on January 31st, which was stated to have been fulfilled since February 1st. However, I am yet to receive the order till now.

To provide more context, I am currently not in Nigeria and the person bringing this order to me will leave Nigeria tomorrow.

Please do something about it as soon as possible today or the order will not be received by me.
Please call call the number on my order to deliver the order #14774.

It is not my first time making an order and I know how swift the delivery is normally, that's why I placed the order. Please, do something.

I have not yet received the items I ordered almost a week ago. Your items are overpriced and your delivery is very slow

Love the diffusers and room sprays. I can tell they were carefully produced. What I don’t like are the plastic containers they come in.

I ordered the vitamin c serum and it was the oil based one that’s in the picture, I don’t know why it’s the oil free one that is delivered to me. I prefer the oil based one.

I got my order on time, and the products bottling is so good, and they smell so good and are not harsh on my skin.

The snail mucin serum is really rich and deeply moisturising and I love the feel on my skin.
The richy rich diffuser oil is simply amazing and really gives a wonderfully pleasant smell to my home.i love it

Why does it take 12 to 15 working days to get a package to sango ota that's literally sharing boundaries with alakuko. Seriously

I was excited to have received my order earlier than expected…however,I was disappointed to note that one of the Items I ordered was exchanged for a wrong one…I had ordered for a snail mucin and a sun screen but got 2 sunscreen instead with no snail mucin.

I like their prompt delivery when orders are placed. But I hate the fact that face moisturizer set has been on sold out for over 2months without any hope or sign of restocking leaving customers stranded and in search of alternatives to use as moisturizer
