Daniel was so helpful and accommodating. He organised our cruise from steet to finish including airport transfers, flights etc. Everything went like clockwork and Daniel checked in regularly giving the comfort that he was there to help if anything went wrong.
Our cruise was amazing and I cannot fault Daniel's service or the holiday he booked for us.

Daniel arranged a future cruise for us. He was extremely helpful, speedy and responsive and made looking at options, booking and adding extras so easy. He was so quick to come back to messages via WhatsApp which added a real personal touch to booking our holiday. Communication since booking has also been excellent. Highly recommend and we will definitely go through Daniel again.
Daniel organised our month long trip to Vietnam
He was always so prompt to reply to any questions I had via WhatsApp. He also was helpful in suggesting where to go. He managed to find us some fantastic deals on flights and accommodation and kept us up to date of any changes to flight or transfer schedules . He is the best and most efficient travel expert we have ever used and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Many thanks Daniel.

Daniel was great! He helped my family and I book 3 separate cabins for a Mediterranean cruise and assisted us in mobility services for my sister. His help and guidance throughout the Virgin voyages process was very helpful and we had a lovely trip because of it. Will definitely be sailing again!

Have used Daniel for a number of trips now, cruises plus hotels and flights. Would recommend him at all levels- he is really responsive and replies quickly to any queries, he has always beaten other prices and added extras for additional value, and he knows his products really well. We recently booked our Virgin Voyages Greek Island Glow cruise through Daniel, and the entire experience from start to finish was exceptional.
Daniel handled everything amazingly — from organising the cruise itself to arranging our pre-cruise hotel stay, making the whole trip feel seamless and stress-free from day one.
What really stood out was how attentive Daniel was throughout. Communication was fantastic from booking right through to while we were away, regularly checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly, which we really appreciated.
His knowledge, attention to detail and level of service genuinely made it feel like we had a travel expert taking care of everything rather than simply booking a holiday.
The whole process was easy, smooth and enjoyable, and thanks to Daniel we had an incredible trip. In fact, we’ve already booked again with him for next year — which probably says it all!
