The company is untrustworthy

I just put one star to have the ability to write a review. It would have had no stars. The company is horrible. It took over a month to inform me that the shoes I ordered were not going to be honored by the vendor. I should have gotten an automatic refund, but I didn’t. I tried emailing, no response and calling, but there isn’t a process for customer services. There merchandise looks great, maybe real, but the company must be a fake. I’m out $1,200 and they continue to advertise. Don’t trust this company - just from experience.

Order never arrived. Responded once to inquiries with a standard email, then never responded again. This company is a total SCAM. DO NOT ORDER.

Ho est customer service and great attitudes

I really love the fact that the company gives incentives for returning customers and when I have a question on anything Tara and Joseph are willing to help. Plus it's nice to be able to talk to a customer representative instead of a machine. This is what keeps me coming back.

Worst company ever

Worst company ever! I ordered my shoes over 2 years ago and recently received an email asking me about the product. Terrible and I want my money back! I ordered my shoes in January of 2022.

Took My Money, Never Delivered My Custom Boots!

I’ve ordered multiple boots from Dapper Lane in the past. This time, I ordered multiple pairs, paid and got the order confirmation (#3350). But Dapper Lane never delivered my shoes! When I emailed they said they’d get back to me and gave me ticket ID R7224490 and that was the last I heard from Dapper Lane. They didn’t respond to any of my follow up emails. Dapper Lane took my money and disappeared.

It’s a scam

It’s a scam ; I never got the product or my money back ; they made sure I run out of time to dispute the charges with my credit card . Never got the shoes or my money back .

Big time Scammer ….

Big time Scammer ….. I ordered two shoes till today, I haven’t got it.
More than two years ago. First order processed dec 27/2021 second order processed dec 28 2021 one of the shoes cost $410 and the second one $285 till today I haven’t got it. I paid through”Affirm” . I did reach out to both parties no response

Absolutely horrible communication and customer service. I will never buy from them again, even though they had a boot still that I would loved to buy.
