The rosettes are really beautiful, I bought a pack of 20 mixed and one large one for the guest of honour. The reason I haven’t given 5 stars is because the postage was really expensive, I thought they... Voir plus

Data blind
The price is great but the lack of a preview of the proof is a fundamental flaw.

Réponse de Darlow Rosettes Ltd
We explained to you when you ordered that its not possible to offer a proofing service on these products. Unless complete artwork is given then we will lay out required text etc to best fit the space we have available. If you are not happy with the centres if you provide us with full artwork we will reprint these for you free of charge.

When I phoned them they were really helpful in with what needed to know and was willing to help talk me through the online form if I need them. Also myself and my agent has not seen any better Quality rosette's and the price was very reasonable to. I will be using Darlow Rosette's Ltd again if I need anymore.

Hi there, thanks very much for taking the time to review our rosettes. Its great to hear you are pleased with them and we hope to see you again.

We are really proud of our rosettes so its great to receive such positive comments. Thank you very much
Excessive P&P charges
The 4 rosettes I bought were fine but the £10.99 P&P charges were excessive. The actual cost of sending 4 ribbon rosettes was £3.35 plus a Jiffy Bag ! Will not be buying any more nor recommending.

Hi Jane, we are really happy your liked the rosettes and totally understand your comments regarding delivery. To explain a bit our charges are based on any order size so whilst it is expensive for just 4 rosettes, its good value for 100. Our post office is a 6 mile trip so for us to be able to sell 4 rosettes we do have to charge what we do, otherwise its simply not economical. For orders your size we offer this as a service, rather than something we make a lot out of. We could easily put a minimum order requirement but our view is that we want to offer rosettes to everyone. We will certainly look again at delivery prices however. I hope this gives you a greater understanding of why we charge what we charge and we would be really happy to serve you again.
This is the second time we have bought…
This is the second time we have bought these beautiful rosettes and they do not disappoint. They are a lovely quality - bright, durable and uniform.
