Truly the worst customer service ever
I wanted to believe in Darren and Philip’s after hearing such great things from friends, but my experience has been nothing short of heartbreaking. I placed an order in September, excited to receive my product, only to be met with disappointment. I never got a dispatch notification and reached out, only to receive an automated reply about delays. When I followed up, they refunded me and promised to send the dressing gown. But I didn’t want a refund—I just wanted what I ordered.
Weeks went by with no updates. Frustrated, I contacted them again and received an email from their manager, Lachlan, who assured me my order would be posted in two days. Yet here I am, months later, still waiting. I’ve sent email after email—to Lachlan only to be completely ignored. It’s now December, and I’ve heard nothing since.
This has been such a draining and upsetting experience. To say their service is bad is an understatement—they clearly don’t care about their customers. I wish I could recommend them, but I simply can’t.
