Have ordered several times now from Dartana and each time the plug plants have always been excellent quality and delivered very quickly. I don't always have the space and time to grow from seed in my own greenhouse so these are the ideal choice for me.

I ordered these plant plugs on line and they were delivered on time by Royal Mail. The plugs looked healthy. The packaging could have been a bit sturdier but overall it was OK.
No problems. Will use them again.........

Royal Mail’s first email said delivery to be on 31st March. Plants did not arrive until 1st April, after a second email. Some of the leaves of each plant were going brown. I have potted them up and placed them in my greenhouse. They still don’t look too healthy.

The plants were very healthy and are already growing strongly.
Service was very prompt and packaging robust.

The plants are really strong with a good root system and I have potted them on to grow a little more before I plant them in my in my little woodland garden. I am very happy with my purchase and highly recommend this seller.

i've bought a few plants, seeds etc online recently. no ones done terribly, but dartana stand out, reasonably priced plants, arrived within...probably a day, 2 at most. healthy & well packaged. plastic packaging, which is an eco minus point for me, but of such a specific type, i can see it'd be very hard to find a biodegradable replacement without actually making it yourself.
also seems currently to be the only place in the uk you can get a specific cold hardy rosemary cultivar other than in bulk quantities, which i think is a trick missed for everyone else...
i should add that since writing the above i've now had a reply from dartana to the effect that said packaging is 80% recycled, & recyclable. which is good to know, i'm never sure with off piste stuff like this.
