We have an eclectic range of Plants including Perennials, Shrubs and Herbs which stem from our own passion and interest. I recently found Dartana plants online while looking for exotic plants and placed a small order with them, I was very appreciative in the way I was kept informed by Martin by email about the delivery of my plants every step of the way, I received good information about caring for my plants and on receiving them I was really impressed with the condition of them, I will definitely be buying more from them in the future, thanks Martin

Super Plants
Very happily suprised with the size of the plants received. I was expecting well grown plugs but what arrived were young plants with several growing shoots and huge root systems. Highly recommended.

These things happen during shipping but you expect to be given correct information to resolve the problem Very poor customer service
Plants arrived damaged in transit most of the compost had been shaken off the roots,
The plugs were in correct packaging (plastic plug tray) but were put in a much bigger box with no packing to stop them ratting around inside the box. As a result the plugs x10 arrived very badly damaged,
Email Martin and explained however his reply was pot them up and see how they go for 2 months which would take me outside the 30 return policy.
Completely avoided making me aware of 30 day refund policy etc
No apology.

Dear Ron,
After bringing the way the plants had arrived following transit I apologised and as teh plants were a couple of years old the roots were good and to plant up. If there were any problems in a month or 2 I would gladly rectify. The reason I didnt bring up about the 30 day refund policy was that I have confirmed I would rectify, my word as a fellow gardener I always believe superseeds any policy.
