Our aim is to supply Great Quality/Value Outdoor Plants quickly and efficiently but with the care all Plants deserve. We have an eclectic range of Plants including Perennials, Shrubs and Herbs which stem from our own passion and interest. We sell Plants in a generous 5/7cm sizes, with healthy root stock and personal selection before supply.

Thank you for letting me know. I am disappointed that you are unhappy as the plants supplied are over 2 years old and have large roots. Their stems by the nature of the plants grown and become woody. You can either prune or lay the stems as the grow on the soil to promote growth along the stem.
Fabulous plants from a 'proper'…
Fabulous plants from a 'proper' nursery. When there was going to be a slight delay delivering I was sent a personal email apologising and explaining the reason why. The delay was only a couple of days and was down to the Royal Mail service! Will buy from Dartana again.

Unprecedented fast service. Superb Plants
I'm beyond thrilled with the heucheras I received today, less than 48 hours after ordering them. Ive never experienced that speed of delivery (and free!!) and this level of personal service in my 30+ years gardening. The plant quality is far beyond what I expected from 'mail-order' plugs/plants. Great thought has been put into the packaging; plugs from the 'major outlets' are very hit and miss; battered to pieces on arrival and either dried out or rotten through being over-watered and stuck in the post for days on end. The packing was very sturdy and environmentally friendly; I love the use of straw to protect the plants. Thanks for the truly unprecedented and refreshingly excellent plants. I shall definitely be shopping with you again, what an amazing find!

Good, friendly service
The information on the website and included with the plants was very helpful. The plants were also well packaged. As the plants are still dormant, fingers crossed they will begin sprouting once it starts warming up

Communication mix up?
Order cancelled with no explanation - I only know it was cancelled because I received a refund! Terrible communication, to say the least.
Update: as I said in my review, I received no communication whatsoever from the sellers, not even in my spam box. However, if they say they wrote to me I accept that and would be happy to hear from them again

I was disappointed to see this review. I had messaged the buyer after the order as I wasn't happy with one of the plants and wouldn't be happy sending. In the message I offered an various alternatives. Of course as there was no reply I didn't want to keep any money longer than I had to so refunded. Sadly in this day and age you get criticised for doing the right thing!
