Order was not delivered. Terrible customer service.
Placed the order on Oct 6 and it was supposed to be delivered in 2-3 days. Didn't received it even after 3 weeks. I've tried contacting customer service, no one ever answers the call. Left several messages and sent emails, but never received any response back.

Purchased 2 books; of which obe had pages struck together which I have managed to separate without any damage so the book looks like new. The 2nd book has candle wax on it and liquid has been split on the book cover causing damage to the cover and staining, separate to this someone has written their name in the book.
I have respectfully asked for a replacement
