We paid over £7,000 and waited more than 2 years for a website that was never delivered.

At the very beginning of our relationship with Dash Media Productions Ltd, we were offered a £500 credit in exchange for posting reviews on Trustpilot, Bark, and Google. These reviews were written for us and required nothing more than copying and pasting.

That alone should raise serious concerns about how genuine some online reviews may be.

After more than 2 years, paying over £5,000 in build costs and £1,000 per year for hosting and maintenance, we still do not have a working website.

We are now having to start again with a completely new build elsewhere.

This is not a minor delay. It is a complete failure to deliver.

We agreed a 50 percent upfront payment and 50 percent on completion. However, just one month into the project, when only a basic homepage had been designed and the website was nowhere near completion, we were asked to pay the remaining balance in full.

We were told that if this was not paid, the website would be delayed.

Given the original timeline was 8 to 10 weeks, it is difficult to understand how full payment was being requested so early in the process. Even more concerning is that, over two years later, the website still has not been delivered.

Dash Media have formally admitted responsibility for:

5 weeks with no live website

11 further weeks where enquiries were directed to our temporary site but were not passed on to us, resulting in missed opportunities and lost revenue.

Repeated delays and missed timelines

This resulted in lost enquiries, lost revenue, loss reputation, disrupted marketing, and serious impact to our business.

Despite a written apology and internal findings confirming these issues, the website remains unfinished.

They effectively used the release of the website, which we had already paid for in full, as leverage to require us to sign a separation agreement.

We gave them time, patience, and every opportunity to deliver. The outcome is over two years lost and a full rebuild required.

If you are considering this company, do your due diligence and do not rely solely on online reviews.

They were really personal team who came out to meet us and get to know the business. We ended up with a website better than i could imagine and made the business look amazing.
They were there to make changes when we decided to change things last minute and were always happy to get it done

Worked with Dash since 2024. Started with branding and then on to website design a build, all perfect till that point.

There were a few rough patches around June-august 25, and I ended up taking control of the site myself at that point.

What I rate is how they handled that. No excuses, no disappearing.

That made me comfortable to reach back out later on, Reece the now sole owner, took the time to explain things properly and even sorted a few issues free of charge so I could challenge what another company was telling me. That alone told me a lot.

Since moving back to Dash for the website and social management, it’s been consistently strong for the last 6 months. They’re easy to work with, they listen, and challenge you at times, so it feels like they’re working with you rather than for you or trying to go over your head.

They’re also just real people, feel relatable.

Also hosting another business (Nubis365) with them without any issues.

Not everything was perfect early on, but they owned it, fixed it properly, and since then it’s been a genuinely solid experience. That matters more than anything.

This is their approach, and it reflects a business model that simply won’t last. I paid the fee to close the chapter, but the experience highlighted serious issues in how they operate.

Disappointing and frustrating experience

Our experience working with Dash Media was extremely frustrating. Communication was inconsistent, and we often had to follow up multiple times to receive updates or completed work. Simple edits like text changes or image swaps took weeks to implement.

We also encountered unexpected charges during the project that weren’t clearly outlined in the original agreement, with payment requested on short notice. These instances caused significant delays and stress for our team.

After more than 18 months and thousands spent, our project was still incomplete. When technical issues occurred with our draft website, they remained unresolved. We eventually chose to move to a different provider who was able to deliver a working website in under a month.

Unfortunately, we didn’t see the negative reviews until it was too late.

We had an appalling experience with Dash media. If you are reading this review I would urge you not to waste the time and energy we wasted by choosing this company for our new website.
