DATABLITZ Avis 

Ordered a GPU from them last November 12, 2024. Their courier's delivery lead time said it will be between 3 to 6 days. It has already been 8 days. Funny enough, I ordered something from a different e-commerce platform last 14th and it arrived 2 days ago.

I tried contacting DataBlitz's support via Messenger and email. No reply. That was not the case before they took my money as their replies were just made in minutes. It's like they will ghost you once they have already gotten your money.

I will be disputing the charge to my bank and reporting the transaction as fraudulent.

I bought a controller here and I'm very disappointed because it does not work. I tried emailing them for a refund but they still have not responded even though I went through all the processes and even took a video of the unboxing and the product not working it doesn't even want to connect. Very sad because I buy all my games here.

I have been a regular customer of Datablitz SM Marikina branch for years. I was provided a decent experience all these years except for today March 16, 2024. I was lined up at the cashier when a Father had instructed their daughter to line up in front of me when I made space to let people pass through (The cashier is besides the entrance to the store), I didn’t let them cut the line and so the daughter went to the back of the line. After serving the customers in front of me I was shocked when the Father suddenly spoke up and said that they have been lined up but they were being served last when that isn’t true at all. The Datablitz employee at the register suddenly said that they would go first before me and that ruined my mood, this was when I was about to check out yet when the other customer complained they decided that they should have priority over me. I was following the rules but they still chose to accommodate a rude customer. I walked out of Datablitz SM Marikina fuming at the stressful experience. Please train your staff to handle these situations better.

Code didn't arrive and it's been 5 days already…
Code didn't arrive and it's been 48 hours already.
I ordered a $25 PSN digital code, I paid using credit card, usually it will arrive within 3-5 minutes, but it hasn't arrived until now and it's been 5 days already.
I tried to call their customer service but they said I need to send an email to their digital store.
I sent them an email multiple times since yesterday and today but to no respond.
This is very poor customer service and it's truly unacceptable!

I've been a patron for Datablitz, Ayala, Cebu for over a decade now.

I love their friendly staff who are very supportive of my gaming hobby. They inform me if there are any preorders for games. They are my trusted source for Nintendo Switch games, Steamdeck units and pc gaming peripherals like keyboards, mouse, etc. They also expanded to mechanical keyboards and providing monitors

Unexpected!
I didn't expect that Datablitz would really do this to me.
First off, I purchased a GT T300RS Thrustmaster online, as well as THRUSTMASTER TH8A last year, Sept 29, 2021. It was working fine, used it casually, a few times a month for a few months.
Then, here came all of a sudden that the GT T300RS wasn't working (no power), No idea why it wasn't working. So I reached the after-sales from their site and ask for assistance with a warranty to be repaired. Take note that it's around the last week of Sept this year 2022 (a year after). I was only expecting a 'repair', that's good enough for me as I already used it for at least a year. So, they told me to ship it to them or over to any of their branch and they will take care of it. Branch also argued that the warranty was already voided as it was already a year but the warranty just started when it arrived to me (Oct 10, 2021 last year), the warranty period was so tight this time, but according to the main branch, yes, I am correct, upon received, the warranty period will start.

I received it today (Nov 6, 2022, after a month)
it's a BRAND NEW COMPLETE SET of GT Thrustmaster. I really didn't expect that. I checked their site to file give a review but unfortunately, they don't have it, that's why I use Trustpilot to thank them as I really do appreciate it. I was really surprised.
