I use it for bringing over my comps to…
I use it for bringing over my comps to the form and the 1004MC. For some reason now when I bring the data to the 1004MC 4 graphs come over as well and I have lost some photos as the graphs take the place of the photos.

Excellent service
Excellent service. Easy to use. Data entry is typical of most data entry programs, but the graphs are superior to other programs and allow the appraiser to search and compare in numerous ways and support opinions and conclusions regarding neighborhood, market areas and other variables where analysis by hand is laborious.

Very happy with DataMaster
Very happy with DataMaster. Excellent service and I've dealt with two employees there that were excellent, as well: Richard Rogers & Joanna Denos.
I've recommended DataMaster to every appraiser I know & I'll continue to use it. Very honest company, with the bookkeeping/accounting.
I do hope their technology gets better with GPAR forms.

It is good
It is good, but rarely pulls closed sales data that are over 3 or 4 years old. Most of the time, I need to pull by pin. Then it is a 50/50 shot anything will be down loaded.

DATAMASTER IS THE BEST APPRAISAL TOOL AVAILABLE
DATAMASTER has saved me hours and hours in my appraisal business. Just typing in document numbers and dates is is eliminated and they’re always right.
