This website is a scam; I lost my money.
If you're looking for honesty, THIS IS NOT THE COMPANY FOR YOU! I bought a subscription and discovered that the seller on the platform was running a scam. Basically, he sells the subscription using a Workspace email, meaning he sells access with a secondary email, and the main Workspace email allows him to control everything, including the account duration. When I made a second purchase to check the account access history, I saw that he was selling the same account multiple times. I documented all the evidence and showed it to the site's support, proving that the seller was fraudulently selling accounts. After sending everything, support simply said it wasn't enough. I proved everything, that the account was marked as RECOVERED, and the seller said they weren't recovered accounts. I sent screenshots and proof of the fraud, and the site simply ignored everything I sent. I lost my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT SITE OR YOU WILL LOSE YOURS TOO. They won't help you even if you prove it's a scam.
