Installation was easy. Setup is a bit confusing. Documentation is poor. Having to use a QR code and then find your documentation through all the products is a royal pain in the derriere.

Obnoxious Service
The installation and equipment are good. The after market requests to initialise the tracking are aggressive, rude, arrogant and expensive. There are a lot cheaper alternatives to this narcisstic entitled compny

Datatool are really on the ball
There's been a couple of instances in the 4 years I've had the tracker fitted to my trike where they alerted me to a possible illegal movement within couple of minutes.
Thankfully both were the dealer moving it without the pendant on the keys. But it fills me with confidence that they really are monitoring my machine

Like the idea of idea
Like the idea of idea, and paid for professional install - however the sender is in an obvious place, so if stolen it wouldn’t take them long to find it. Thus I’ve had to buy an alternative product to work in conjunction with it, to aid recovery.

no happy 05/04/26 bike stolen ,i call the police after 20mn the police did not find the theves and my bike ,datatool just erase my bike detail from my app and had 4 momth left they no refund
