This is the 3rd Datatool tracking device and the reason it's the 3rd is they provide 1st class service and the tracking devices are faultess.

Prompt efficient service.
Switching vehicles meant a refund was due, which was processed very quickly.

Not sure what i am supposed to comment on i have had tracker fitted and been online it says i am covered for five years then i get a text saying i have 24 messages left
No doubt someone will be in touch when you want money

Following the theft of another bike I decided to 'up the game' and had a Datatool Stealth 5 fitted. The fitment was quick, almost as quick as the tracker drained the battery. A constant trickle charge was impossible as the bike is kept outside - hence the need for security. It may sound daft but I didn't notice that the battery was discharging so rapidly and completely - I was working away and the battery was twelve years old (used bike). Brand new Motobatt and it was going flat; brand new Shido Li-On and it went flat. £155 was quoted to check the tracker and remove it. I did it myself in ten minutes (not testing it) and guess what, no battery drain. Very poor after sales service from Trackershop and Datatool Technical Support so a waste of £100s but at least I have a bike I can ride and no longer have automated phone calls to tell me about power loss to the tracker.

Second datatool tracker
Company is professional and reliable.
I am not sure whether I’d ever change to an alternative service and product as they do job properly.
They are easy to contact on the phone and always pleasant and efficient in resolving any issues if they arise.

My unit was out of warranty so paid a minimum fee to have a new unit fitted. Paid on line and did not hear anything for a few weeks emails were not responded too so called got through and was told some would be in touch. With 2 hours things started moving and got a date for someone to come out and fit a new unit to my bike. The guy who installed the unit was brilliant and got the new unit in within 30mins. It’s now working again and the APP show where my bike is. First part of the service was slow and felt ignored but once I called things got moving. My old unit must have been 12 years old and to have a new one installed at my house for £135.00 I continue complain about the cost. Over all datatool or Scorpion give a good service and I know my bike is looked after. I’ll use these guys\gals for many years to come.

When we had our last quad pinched, datatool informed me in 2-3 seconds where it was being stored

Professional and friendly staff, extremely pleased with the level of service and the tracker was neatly fitted to my motorcycle.
I would recommend this tracker to all who have a motorcycle.

Phoned about about my subscription, wanted to pay it for the year to be told i would have to pay more than my 12 monthly subscription charge which is £10 a month. which i questioned saying he can give 10% discount then the cost would be £107 for the year.

Biketrac does the same for 99 pound a year for the same thing.

The person didnt even know what he was on about, then back tracking to make it feel like i was in the wrong for asking to speak to manager then to be told no manager around and ring me back in a week, i paid for a service expect to speak to manager, not when it suits the company to phone me back. just complete rubbish service, after being with them since 2019

£10 amonth for 12 months with tracker fitted by dealer
£10 amonth for 3 months with tracker fitted by dealer

Firstly I’d like to say that it was the Datatool team that made contact with me regarding my bikes tracker. It was not communicating.
My bike is very precious to me so I’m always happy that I can check through my app.
After a couple of emails and phone calls a new tracker was sent, I’ve since had it fitted and am very pleased with the support from the whole team

Fist time purchasing a Datatool tracker lady was very helpful over the phone haven’t used it yet but seen good reviews and came highly recommended from the motor cycle dealership
