Better than I had hoped for
I purchased the Citrus Linen rose bouquet with 24 blooms. It was the most beautiful flower delivery I have ever received. I bought these for my small wedding at my home and the colors were stunning. The matched the mango wood table that I had them on and I ended up pulling a few out and using for a bouquet when marrying my husband.
I appreciated the inclusion of steps to take and to not be worried if your roses look a little weary. They perked right up in water and 5 days later, they still take my breathe away.
They added a special element to my intimate wedding and would 100% recommend to anyone who is a lover of flowers or who wants a beautiful statement bouquet.

The roses are exquisite
The roses are exquisite. Delivery not so great left on the front porch when she was home and it was over 95 degrees. I wished they had rung the bell. But they were wilty the first day and came to life the next day. Thank you

Roses were beautiful
Roses were beautiful. Unfortunately when I unboxed them 5 of the rose heads fell off the stems. The rest opened well and are lasting a long time.

I love these roses
I love these roses. They are beautiful with complimenting other flowers. The depth of color is amazing. The packaging is the best I've ever seen for flowers ordered online.
I suggest rather than wet cloth to keep the stems wet, use florist blocks or individual water containers. The stems were dried out

We are sorry to hear the stems arrived dried out in transit. The "Arrive Alive" wrap is designed to retain moisture and keep stems hydrated, and we apologise that it didn't perform as intended on this occasion.
While we have extensively trialled shipping stems in water, it has proven unsuitable for carrier networks. The company didn’t realize that UPS…
The company didn’t realize that UPS trucks aren’t air-conditioned in Florida and it’s way too hot to be leaving orders at the door, so we believe that’s why our roses did not last long. Will be waiting till the cooler months to order again.

We take great care in preparing every order before it leaves our farm, and we can confirm that the flowers spend the majority of their journey in refrigerated transport. However, during the final stage of delivery, we have limited control over the conditions they may encounter.
We understand that Florida's heat can be especially challenging for fresh flowers during the summer months, and that this can sometimes impact the longevity despite our best efforts.
We appreciate your understanding and agree that cooler weather can provide more favorable conditions for flower deliveries.

Beautiful!
Beautiful flowers and 5 days after delivery they are still beautiful. There was one poor decapitated rose in the box ( along with a headless stem, of course) and 2 of the roses had bent stems near the bloom. That affected the life of only one of them. Very pleased overall. Will order again though probably not red next time. I picked these because my husband favors red roses, and it is our 43rd anniversary this week.

Mothers Day Bouquet
My mother really enjoyed receiving her bouquet of roses for Mother’s Day. They were in perfect condition upon arrival, had a wonderful scent and directions inside helped her get the most out of the roses as far as longevity is concerned.
The only critique from her was the color of the box, tissue paper and etc. She didn’t understand why everything was in black for such a beautiful bouquet. She was confused by what the gift was. The arrival package didn’t match what the gift was inside. Other than that, she was extremely pleased.

The darker packaging was chosen to create an elegant, luxurious contrast that helps protect and showcase the beauty of the blooms inside upon opening.

Beautiful roses as always!
Customer service is exceptional. When the carrier could not deliver on Saturday like I paid for my shipping cost was refunded. The roses were traveling longer then, so some of the outer petals were brown and the roses were limp. They quickly perked up when I put them in water and my mother was delighted with the bouquet.
