The roses are beautiful
The roses are beautiful. Several of them arrived droopy and after 2 day of water they starting raising up and opening. Very beautiful, stunning flowers that last a long time.

Amazing packaging, very elegant and well done. Roses were secure and had water foam wrap at the base. Flowers were beautiful and arrived as advertised. Very impressed and will be buying more in the future!

Flower Magazine Show House
I met the David Austin team at a Flower Magazine Showhouse, and their roses were displayed throughout the house. I’ve never seen roses this spectacular and fragrant! I knew I’d use them for truly special situations. For Xmas I decided to give my wife a bouquet each month in the new year. I worked closely with Brittany who set the whole gift and schedule up. We just received our January bouquet and my wife (and I) is thrilled! Well done.

Beautiful packaging but NO fragrance when told this was the most fragrant rose
The shipping and packaging presentation was excellent. The fact that the roses had absolutely NO fragrance and the blooms only lasted for a few days was extremely disappointing. This was the whole reason for my purchase. I was told that this specific rose had the most fragrance which in fact had none. Customer service needs better education with your product. The roses bloomed quite quickly and were beautiful for about 2 days. It was my genuine hope that I was sent the wrong roses however that was probably not the case. Please do not advertise fragrance when there is none.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, I am sorry to hear that your experience with your David Austin Rose Bouquets was not what you expected. We have found that fragrance, both in garden roses and in cut stems can be subjective. I am sorry that you could not detect a fragrance in Millicent. All of our roses are independently assessed by a perfumer but we do appreciate that what is a strong fragrance to one person may not be detectable to somebody else. We have also found that time of day, temperature and the age of the bloom also have an impact on the scent. Millicent is considered to be our most fragrant variety. I'm sorry that you could not experience it on this occasion. We will be reaching out directly to ensure we deliver upon your expectations.

I felt like a princess
My bouquet was lovely as always. I found myself pausing throughout the day to enjoy her blooms and subtle color changes. Sitting by the fireplace reading a book, the old-world scent carried me back a hundred years. I felt just like a princess.

Stunning bouquet to receive
What a lovely, lovely thing to receive, sent to me by a dear friend after surgery. I can’t believe how far these roses have traveled! They are fresh and gorgeous. Opening more each day. The sorbet shades are something you don’t see in florist roses.
