We have used David Musson's on three occasions recently, and their customer service is what all companies should aspire to. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable about their products. Special mention must go to their wonderful delivery driver, who is cheerful, friendly, and was so helpful to us, as we are elderly and my husband has recently had major surgery. He helped to place our items safely so they would stay dry, not get in the way, or become a trip hazard. Unlike some companies that just dump stuff on your drive. Would definitely use again and will be recommending to others. Quality of products also exceeded expectations. Great service all round.

I bought a load of sleepers and tree stakes. Great products, and half the price of retail. I recommend going there if you have a big enough vehicle. It is an immense yard with attentive and helpful staff.

Though I don’t have an account with the Company, it mattered not when I visited to place a small order. From the persons operating the yard to those in the shop, it feels you are treated exactly the same as their highest spender. The respect and service is exemplary and everyone is customer focused. Their delivery was second to none. Well done to all.

Absolutely brilliant service from David Musson. Sent them a request to quote for a number of fencing items and had a response within the hour. Made a few amendments and equally prompt and helpful with those too. The wood turned up on time following a call from the driver and was of good quality.
It's not often you get this quality of service, good prices and good quality product.
Just making my second order from them and can't see any reason to use anyone else.
