Sarah Young - what a little star

As a property manager I am using David Phillips for sofas etc. Last order didn't go as planned as tenant wanted larger sofa. I was worried it will be a nightmare to sort it out, but Sarah was so fast with responding to my emails and finding solution that I didn't have to stress! Thank you

Sarah Young is by far the most amazing person I have had the pleasure of dealing with at David Phillips, she is always helpful and ready to assist with the hectic demands of Property Management , my clients love the service speed and affordability. Very often I leave styling my properties up to Sarah because she has great taste and knows how David Philips furniture will work in the properties.

Professional and efficient, ordering and deliveries are always easy

We have been using David Phillips for a few years to supply furniture for tenanted properties we manage. Everyone we have dealt with is helpful on the phone/emails and we are usually able to get what we need straight away. The delivery driver tracking link is particularly useful and helps us to fit the deliveries into work timetables if we need to provide access into the property. In our most recent order both Lauren W and Ellie M. were polite, efficient and helpful - thank you.

Curtains for a new apartment…

I ordered curtains for a new apartment in Brighton. They were supplied very quickly and in the time agreed and were very well made. The curtains in a couple of the rooms were slightly too long when hung but this problems was dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Its a yes from us!!

We are regular customers of David Phillips but what really makes the difference is dealing with Sarah Young. She is always most helpful and informative and can assist with any "curve ball" that comes our way! Honestly Sarah helps makes the whole experience an easy one! Would highly recommend.

Exceptional service

What an exceptional service from ordering to delivery and installation. Communication was first class and I was kept informed at all times. The delivery arrived in the time slot requested and the installers made sure everything was to my liking before they left. All packaging was taken away. Highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again. Quality of the furniture was also top class. Well done to all.
